With twenty years in luxury retail sales and management prior to his real estate career, Carl made a name for himself as a great manager, and recruiter developing top tier sales professionals. He understands how to effectively advise and motivate high-end clients, using his skills in marketing, merchandising, sales and client services learned as a store manager in high end luxury retail environment with RALPH LAUREN. He uses those skills to build relationships with clients, and to facilitate the buying, selling or leasing process.

Carl has lived and worked in ten different luxury markets including East Hampton, Manhasset, Greenwich CT, Washington DC, Atlanta GA and Winston Salem NC and NYC. He knows that every market has unique qualities. His focus will always be providing excellent customer service by understanding the needs of the client and providing great follow-up.

Carl grew up in Jonesboro, Georgia, a small suburb of Atlanta, and still has his southern hospitality. He is a proud Alumni of Mississippi State University and is an avid sports enthusiast. He and his husband are supporters and volunteers of AIDS Walk New York and “I'm from Driftwood.”
